About the site
The former maternity unit, known as M Block, is set for a new chapter as a vibrant residential development. Strawberry Star, a property developer, is bringing 115 new homes to this landmark site, combining the refurbishment of the existing building with thoughtfully designed new additions.
Latest update
The council, alongside other agencies have been prompting the developer to ensure the site is well-maintained and secure before construction begins.
Subject to wider economic conditions, the site is due to come forward for delivery.
