This project will refurbish vacant retail space to offer modern, affordable and flexible workspace for small businesses and third sector organisations in the heart of Gravesend, as part of a wider vision for revitalising Gravesend town centre.
About the site
Workspace is envisaged to be a combination of membership-style co-working options, meeting rooms and flexible small offices. The ambition is that there will be an anchor tenant, on-site business support, alongside skills and training opportunities.
